Cu o zi inainte fumam 15 – 20 de tigari pe zi 2 – 3 pe drum spre munca, 5 la munca si inca cateva seara.
De ce m-am lasat? fumam pentru ca fumam aproape dintotdeauna. Nu aveam o placere in a face asta, tot timpul era o dara de miros care ma enerva.
Avantaje? dupa 6 luni totul a inceput sa miroasa altfel, mancarea avea alt gust. Cafeau era delicioasa 🙂
Pana si berea are alt gust… Puteam din nou sa urc din Sinaia la 2000 fara sa simt ca mor de cateva ori…

As mai fuma ? NEVER!
